My career began in the cruise industry for more than 10 years, where I worked in various roles such as
Embarkation Supervisor, Assistant Embarkation Manager and Documentation Manager in multiple
countries worldwide in charge Immigration, Customs clearance processes. Operational workflow
involvement with regard to documentation, administration, workforce, management planning, corporate
meetings and training staff members These experiences helped me develop strong organizational,
compliance, and problem-solving skills while managing complex logistics and working with global
teams. This foundation led me to my current role at Workmate Pro, where I serve as Operations
Manager, Business Development Manager, and Trainer.

processes and foster strong client relationships. With experience managing client accounts on
LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, I create marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility. My

I am proud to have received the “Best Documentation Manager” award from United States Customs and
Border Protection (USCBP) in Juneau, Alaska, United States of America, for two consecutive years
(2023 and 2024) by the Port Director and was highly recognized by partner cruise ports agencies
across North America such as Destination North America – British Columbia Canada, Intercruises –
Florida, West Coast Agencies Victoria Canada. This recognition highlights my commitment to
excellence in documentation and clearance processes, and my dedication to ensuring compliance and
efficiency.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new cuisines, and cooking meals for my family. I am also a car
and motorcycle enthusiast and love watching films, particularly those based on comics and true to life
stories. These interests inspire my creativity and keep me grounded.
