Introduction
I spent nearly 9 years working in the BPO industry, followed by a year as a freelancer. After gaining
valuable experience in both roles, I successfully transitioned into a Virtual Assistant position at WrkPod,
where I continue to grow and support clients with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

Skills and Contributions
I have close to a decade of experience in the BPO industry, where I developed a strong foundation in
customer service, communication, and process management. After nearly 9 years in that space, I spent
a year working as a freelancer, which allowed me to further expand my skill set, work independently,
and adapt to various client needs. This journey naturally led me to transition into a Virtual Assistant role
with WrkPod, where I continue to grow professionally. In my current role, I provide reliable support
across a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, helping businesses run more efficiently
while building strong working relationships with clients.

Personal Interests
I have a strong passion for history and documentaries, as they help me broaden my understanding of
the past and provide valuable insights I can draw from in the future. Outside of that, I also enjoy playing
basketball and mobile games during my free time.
