After careful consideration and experience, we have shifted our focus exclusively to full-time engagements. In the past, while we explored part-time hiring, we encountered challenges that impacted efficiency and team dynamics. These included divided attention from employees juggling multiple roles and complications arising from scaling needs when an employee was already committed elsewhere.
