Introduction
I started working at 18 as an Appointment Setter at Delonix. After finishing Senior High School, I
joined Qualfon as a Customer Service Representative but left due to the work environment. I briefly
pursued Nursing, then worked as a Virtual Receptionist at Wrkpd for 9 months until the client
retired. While waiting for a new client, I worked at ECE for 3 months before joining Work Mate Pro
as an Administrator. These roles helped me discover my strength in customer support, which I
highlighted during my interview with Yuri.

Skills and Contributions
I’m a quick learner, adaptable to various roles, and always seeking ways to improve processes. My
customer service skills and flexibility allow me to support smooth operations and help clients
focus on growth and achieving their goals.

Personal Interests
Though I didn’t receive awards in school, I was a member of the Usherette Club and Red Cross
Youth, where I learned the value of service and teamwork. Outside of work, I find joy in drawing,
sewing, and crafting. Nature recharges me, especially through hikes, river swims, and trips out of
town. I’m passionate about learning from life and expressing it through art as a way to give back.
