Please read these terms carefully before engaging WorkMate Pro services.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by WorkMate Pro ABN (WorkMate Pro Pty Ltd) and the relationship between WorkMate Pro and its clients. By engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
WorkMate Pro provides offshore staffing solutions connecting Australian businesses with skilled professionals based in the Philippines. Our services include recruitment, employment management, payroll, and ongoing HR support for offshore staff members placed with client businesses.
Clients agree to:
Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest and may result in suspension of services.
WorkMate Pro provides a replacement guarantee within the first 3 months of a placement. If a placed staff member is not suitable, WorkMate Pro will work to find a replacement at no additional recruitment cost. Terms and conditions apply.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information. This includes business processes, client data, and any information shared in the course of the staffing relationship.
WorkMate Pro's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding month. WorkMate Pro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate the arrangement with 30 days written notice. WorkMate Pro reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
